What this site does

BookShuttles.com collects transfer options for specific journeys — 745 published routes across 67 countries — puts them on one page, and links you to the provider to complete the booking. Each route page shows the listings currently offered for that direction of travel, background on the places it connects, and other routes serving the same cities.

What this site is not

• We do not operate any shuttle, bus, taxi or private transfer.
• We own no vehicles and employ no drivers, guides or dispatchers.
• We cannot take, change or cancel your booking. Once you book, your contract is with the operator through the provider you booked with.
• We do not claim to have travelled these routes ourselves, and we publish no reviews, star ratings or testimonials of our own.

Where the listings come from

Transfer availability and prices shown on route pages come from Viator, a TripAdvisor company, through its affiliate programme. Prices, vehicles, pickup points and cancellation terms are set by the operator, are shown on the individual listing, and can change at any time.

How the site makes money

When you book through a link on this site we may earn a commission from the provider. It costs you nothing extra and it does not change the price you are quoted. See our affiliate disclosure for the detail.

How route information is put together

Route pages are generated from a catalog of cities, countries and journeys maintained for this site. Much of the descriptive text on older pages was machine-generated, and we are replacing it. Our editorial and fact-checking policy sets out what we will and will not publish, including the rule that a journey time, distance or price only appears when we can name the source it came from and the date we checked it.
