Good to know

Shuttle questions, answered.

What does BookShuttles actually do?

We map transfer routes by city and airport and put the listings for one specific journey on one page, so you can see what exists without digging through a general search. When you book, it is the same Viator listing you would eventually find on your own.

Do you operate the shuttles?

No. We own no vehicles and employ no drivers. Every transfer on this site is run by a third-party operator, and your booking is made with the provider, not with us.

What's the difference between a shared and a private shuttle?

A shared shuttle runs on a set schedule with other travellers on board and is usually the cheaper option. A private shuttle is your own vehicle and your own departure time. Each route page shows which of the two the listings offer.

What happens after I book?

Viator sends the confirmation, and the pickup time, meeting point and operator contact details come from the operator. Confirmation speed and pickup arrangements are set by the operator and stated on the listing you choose.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

That depends entirely on the operator. The cancellation window and any fee are shown on the listing on Viator before you pay — check them there, because we cannot change or cancel a booking for you.

Do I pay BookShuttles directly?

No — checkout happens through Viator, a TripAdvisor company. Viator handles payment, confirmations and customer support. We may earn a commission when you book, at no extra cost to you.
